Where do you deliver?

We deliver across the Hamptons every Friday — East Hampton, Southampton, Sag Harbor, Bridgehampton, Montauk, Amagansett, Water Mill, and Wainscott. All deliveries are local and hand-delivered by us.

What day do deliveries happen?

Every Friday. Orders must be placed by Wednesday at midnight to be included in that Friday's delivery.

Is there a delivery fee?

Delivery is free on orders over $150. For orders under $150, there's a flat $25 delivery fee within our delivery zones. Monthly subscribers who pay upfront for four weeks enjoy free delivery every Friday.

How do I bake my cookie dough?

Each order includes a printed baking card with exact instructions for your specific cookies. Generally: preheat your oven, bake on parchment-lined sheets, and pull them out when they look slightly underdone — they'll firm up as they cool.

Do I need to thaw the dough first?

If baking fresh (within 5 days of delivery): no thawing needed, bake straight from the fridge. If baking from frozen: also no thawing needed — just add 2–3 extra minutes. Place frozen dough balls directly on parchment and bake at 350°F.

How long does the dough last in the fridge?

Your dough arrives fresh and cold. Bake within 5 days for the best results.

Can I freeze the dough?

Yes. Place dough balls in a single layer on a sheet pan, freeze until solid, then transfer to a freezer bag. Keeps up to 3 months. Bake from frozen at 350°F, add 2–3 extra minutes. No thawing required.

What allergens are present in your kitchen?

Our kitchen processes wheat, dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, and soy. All products may contain traces of any of these allergens. We cannot guarantee any product is free from cross-contact.

Yes. We use organic ingredients across the board — organic flour, butter, sugars, chocolate, and mix-ins.

All sales are final. Because every order is made fresh and delivered as a perishable product, we can't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

Choose your flavor(s) and frequency (weekly, every other week, or monthly). Your dough is delivered fresh on Fridays automatically. You can pause, skip, swap flavors, or cancel anytime from your account.
