Terms of Service

Last updated: April 30, 2026

Welcome to The Pantry Post. By using thepantrypost.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who We Are

The Pantry Post, LLC, an East Hampton, NY-based small-batch bakery delivering organic cookie dough across the Hamptons.

2. Orders & Delivery

  • Orders are made fresh in small batches and delivered cold every Friday.
  • Delivery is limited to the ZIP codes listed on our Delivery page.
  • You're responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and being available to receive a perishable package.
  • Once delivered, please refrigerate or freeze the dough promptly.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in USD and shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments. We may change pricing at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed.

4. Refunds

Because our products are perishable, all sales are final. If something arrives damaged, melted, or wrong, email hello@thepantrypost.com within 24 hours of delivery and we'll make it right. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

5. Allergens

Our doughs are made in a kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, and nuts. While we take care to prevent cross-contact, we cannot guarantee any product is free from a specific allergen.

6. Acceptable Use

Don't misuse the site — no scraping, hacking, attempting to disrupt service, or using it for unlawful purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, photos, recipes, branding) belongs to The Pantry Post, LLC. You may share links and reasonable excerpts with credit, but please don't republish full content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Pantry Post is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Suffolk County, NY.

10. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
