Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because every order is made fresh and delivered as a perishable product, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

Something wrong with your order?

If your box arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect, email hello@thepantrypost.com within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue store credit at our discretion.

Missed deliveries

Our boxes are perishable and delivered cold. If no one is available to receive your delivery and the product is left unattended, we are not responsible for spoilage. Please make sure someone is available during your delivery window.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Change of mind after ordering
  • Incorrect address provided at checkout
  • Orders not retrieved from the delivery location in a timely manner
  • Allergen-related concerns (all ingredients are listed on every product page)
